At Simple Meets Clever, we believe strong ideas and meaningful missions deserve the chance to be seen, understood, and supported. Many of the organizations and individuals we work with are doing important work in their communities, and we are proud to occasionally contribute our time and expertise to help worthy efforts take their first steps.

Simple Meets Clever, however, is not a nonprofit organization. We are a professional creative studio that provides services such as brand development, marketing strategy, digital design, and product development. These services are how we sustain our team, operate our business, and continue helping clients bring their ideas to life.

From time to time, we choose to donate a limited portion of our time to assist organizations with early-stage needs—such as helping launch a website, creating a basic brand presence, or providing guidance to get a project started. When we do this, it is intended as a specific charitable contribution with a defined scope.

Once that initial contribution has been completed, any additional work—such as ongoing marketing support, campaign development, brand expansion, or continued design and technical services—falls within our professional services and would require a standard service agreement.

This approach allows us to do two important things:

• Support meaningful causes by helping projects get off the ground
• Sustain our business so we can continue providing high-quality work and expertise

We are always happy to continue supporting organizations whose missions we believe in, and when additional services are needed we are often able to provide flexible or nonprofit-friendly pricing whenever possible.

Our goal is to maintain relationships that are clear, respectful, and sustainable for everyone involved. By defining what is donated and what falls within our professional services, we ensure that expectations remain aligned and that we can continue helping both mission-driven organizations and businesses grow successfully.
